K1 Visa 

Fiancé(e) Visa. Timeline: 6-9 Months

The K-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen fiancé(e) of a US citizen. The K-1 visa allows the foreign fiancé(e) to travel to the US to marry his or her US citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.
